Kierra has competed in PF for two years, having started as a novice in her junior year and progressing to varsity within three months. In her senior debate year alone, she accrued 7 bids to the Tournament of Champions (5 Golds, 2 Silvers). She was ranked as high as 9th in the nation on NSD and championed the Columbia University Invitational with only one dropped ballot at the tournament. She has consistently advanced to late elimination rounds at nearly every other tournament she attended, including but not limited to: semis at Season Opener, James Logan MLK, and TOC Digital 2 & quarters at John Lewis. She was the first competitor at her school, Davidson Academy Online, to qualify for Gold TOC and has been proud to give back to the debate community ever since. She coaches novice debate teams at her school, with her novice PF team notably making it to semis at Columbia. She specializes in any form of traditional/substantive debate.
